At Olympus Handmade Store, we pour our heart into every product we curate, just as you pour yours into every stitch. We understand that sometimes a project doesn’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help make things right with the same care we put into selecting our crafting materials.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer care team (fellow crafters who understand your needs) will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please include:
- The item in its original condition (unused and unopened)
- Original packaging and tags
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Once we process your return, refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days. The timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method
- PayPal: Refunds will be returned to your PayPal account
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all crafters, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital Products: Kits+Patterns that include digital downloads
- Opened Consumables: Embroidery floss, fabric cuts, or other materials that have been opened or used
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized products
- Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or special sales
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
