Each product is carefully selected for quality and craftsmanship. We personally test materials and work with trusted suppliers to ensure your creative experience is nothing short of excellent.

All orders are processed from our studio in Rutland, US. We carefully pack each order within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

We offer two shipping options:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders $50+, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.

• Custom kits may not be eligible for return
• Opened embroidery floss cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Digital patterns are non-refundable
