Absolutely! We have a dedicated “Good for Beginners” section with starter kits, easy-to-follow patterns, and materials perfect for those new to hand embroidery, cross stitch, and other needle crafts.
Do you offer complete kits with all necessary materials?
Yes! Our “Kits+Patterns” section includes complete project kits containing everything you need – from fabric and threads to needles and instructions – so you can start creating immediately.
How do you ensure the quality of your materials?
Each product is carefully selected for quality and craftsmanship. We personally test materials and work with trusted suppliers to ensure your creative experience is nothing short of excellent.

Where do you ship from and how long does processing take?
All orders are processed from our studio in Rutland, US. We carefully pack each order within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
âĸ Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
âĸ Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders $50+, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch

Do you ship worldwide?
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
How are delicate items like fabrics and threads packaged?
We take special care with all materials: natural linen fabrics are packaged to prevent creasing, embroidery threads are protected from damage, and delicate tools are securely wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your creative supplies on their journey to your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?

What if my items arrive damaged?
We stand behind every product we ship! If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected].
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
